JULY 2009   Bonjour, Bella!   Can you believe it is July already? We certainly are surprised at how fast time flew by. We’ve started on the third quarter of the year already, and with it comes freaky weather (one day it’s raining; the next, super hot and humid) that makes us crazy. Not only is it hard to plan outfits when the weather’s so unpredictable, but the mercurial changes also cause our skin to react irrationally.   So how now?
